You could if you really want one but xbox you gotta watch out had two of them brake due to the ring of death an they get hot fast that an unlike a dsi xl you have to pay to go play online which sucks an if you don't pay you wont be able to play games like black ops or any online games in less you pay for it which is why I like ps3 a lot better you don't have to pay to go online you just make a acc an your done with xbox you gotta make a acc get a thing call a gold card which is 60 bucks or so just to go online not saying its not worth it but if your like me broke as hell a lot go for a system that wont cost to go online to play
