I have recently purchased a -22" LED FULL 1080p HD TV-. Now its only for my room. I have a blueray player in my living room for my 37inch 720p TV, but i'm tempted to buy a blue ray player for my room. I am currently just using my old ps2 to play dvd's but its shit cos its loud and jumps dvd's.
I know the TV is small so i may not appreciate the blueray as much, but it is 1080p. So what do you think?
I've heard upscaling DVD players are crap and do nothing. And sooner or later dvd players are gonna be gone.
I also like the idea that Blueray players play dvd's and even upscale the quality a little.
Also i've found a cheap blue ray player for like £70 on Amazon, A LG BD550, or on currys is a toshiba.
So what should i do?

I'm sorry dude but I say no. Why? Because Blue Ray doesnt deserve to be plugged into a small TV... You won't find the difference. Blue Ray is for big screens and I tried it on a -22" LED and it isn't that good. Just get a good quality DVD Player :)
