ive been playing pokemon more again on my friends ds and he gets annoyed i use it so much, so i figure i should just go buy one, but which one?3ds for 3d or dsi for being cheaper?
Well, i'm not a Nintendo person, i'm a PC Gamer. But I'd say buy what fits you. If you wanna go with a 3DS, you'll have a bit more features, but at a higher price. DSi will be about the same, except without the "3D" Features.
3ds, not much more expensive plus has some killer titles coming out such as:
The New Luigis Mansion
Mario Kart 7
Legend of Zelda Ocarina Time 3D
Star Fox 64 3D
Pokemon Rumble
Super Mario 3D Land
Sonic Generations
Ghost Recon Shadow Wars
Um go with the 3ds
Its the newer model and you are gonna and already have some sweet games ie LoZ, Mario kart, di icarus, starfox, super mario land, paper mario, etc.
also the dsi xl was the dumbest thing nintendo could have done with the ds. the dsi wasn't needed to begin with but the xl hell no.
I'm getting ps vita, but I'm not really into pokemon.
You should get the 3ds, because I guarentee there will be a true pokemon game for it within 1 or 2 years, and if you have the dsi xl, you won't be able to play it.
