I have a samsung rant with sprint, and I'm switching to verizon so my rant is currently shut off. I tried to connect my rant to the computer so I could transfer all my information and pictures to the computer so I wouldn't lose them, but it won't let me. I tried to install the information from the website but it isn't letting me. Does my phone need to be activated for me to be able to switch all my information?
