So my phone is a StraightTalk LG 231 and every time I go on a website and try to send ringtones to my phone, I do get the picture message that is sent to my phone and when I try to open it, it shows that it is loading but then a message comes up saying that it is "unable to receive picture message" and I can't open or save the ringtone. How can I fix this, if possible?
