and they would agree to the fight with Manny Pacquiao?

Now that Manny Pacquiao has agreed to take the test, why does Floyd continue to make excuses to not fight?

This speaks volumes of Floyd's ill-character and if they never do fight, history will most definitely favor Manny Pacquiao over Floyd Mayweather Jr.
On ESPN, Manny Pacquiao agreed to blood testing up to the day of the fight.

Perhaps the test they refer to is some IQ test or something. By not being specific they can always claim he didnt take the test because we dont actually now what "the test" consists of.

Mayweather does not want to face Pacquiao until he is a corpse and rigormotis has set in. He will then expect full praise but its another Mosley,another Cotto, big names past their use by date

Mayweather is a much better boxer than the guys he choses to fight, he needs to know the opponent stands next to no chance of winning to fight them.
