There's a BIG difference between having a sense of humor and being a racist tool, laughing at a funny name is no big deal, publicly insulting that person because of their name is a big deal, saying that the name is appropriate since that person is Indian is quite frankly disgusting. There's big difference between having a laugh and publically belittling someone due to their name and ethnicity.

I find the name humourous, and i find the fact that a habitual nob has been forced out of his job humourous too.
Laughing at Dikshit as a name is not racist. Saying it suits her because of her race is. Simples.
