Me and my girlfreind are very sexually active and recently I have revived a number of cuts and tears on my penis. I am uncircumcised and would lik to know what is the quickest way to heal these cuts and how to take care of it. Such as when I pee and what not

Also my gf has small cuts on her (l) and it hurt when she pees.. Wjats wrong and how can we fix it
