Questions about my 1999 Chrysler 300m?

It has 150,000 Miles on it. I want this car to last for a long time seeing as how I just bought it from my parents for $500 (They bought it new in 1999 for $29,995). It has 265hp. I want to increase the horsepower and torque, what would be some ways I can do this, but nothing like Nitrous oxide. The reason I love this car is because of it's acceleration and transmission, it is an automatic with autostick which turns it into a 4 speed manual with no need for a clutch, and it also doesn't really let you redline or kill the engine. There is a very large dent right on top of the gas tank that I wan't to get rid of and I had an idea, drill into it and use a vacum/suction tool to pop it out, would this work? If I had the engine rebuilt down the road, how much time would that add to the life of this car, in your opinion? Also one last thing, does anyone know the facts on an unnecessary acceleration law? Thanks!
