if you have a computer thats very slow, (slow processor, little RAM and too much programs running at the same time)

but you have very VERY fast internet,

does it slow down your connection ?
or does it have nothing to do with it ?

and do viruses slow down your internet connection ?

yes. you need min of 256mb and 1ghz for full internet use. otherwise it will slow you internet down greatly. you can easily find a brand new cheap pc for $350 at walmart.com
