im cooking chicken strips and it says on the pack
preheat oven to 200 degrees. place chicken strips on a lightly greased oven tray and cook for approximately 10-14 minutes turning once.
i've never done this before. but you know when your grilling cheese on toast in the oven and you have to leave the oven door a bit open is it like that? or do you shut it for chicken strips? also when they say turn once does this mean i have to take them out half way through so like after 7 mins i would turn them and put them back in?
also what does preheat mean?
