Imo, I think it would be really awesome if Psy gave the okay to give CS his video back. Wouldn't it give the both of them alot more popularity anyways? Psy does an act of kindness, showing he isn't just there for the fame. CS gets his video back, etc. But sadly, it doesn't look like that's happening.
