Problems burning DVDs from the internet?

I need a program to burn movies from. I have them downloaded but the program I have to burn them will burn them but the DVDs wont play in my dvd player playstation 2 or playstation 3. I can watch them on my computer but not on my tv. Any good sites that I can burn DVDs on for free that would work in dvd players.

dvd flicker is a free program that converts files to dvd format and burns them to dvd with simple menu and some other features. Nero burning rom will also convert the files and burn to dvd but nero costs money. Good luck.
