problem occured with my bittorrent?

i was downloading at 25 kb/s from bittorrene by 3 days but my max speed is 8 kb/s.but now a problem occured with it
when i close my bittorrent all the content i download gets disappeared .
a message comes that there is a problem , also when i load a torrent file to bittorrent i am unable to do so.
i have it few times also
why did i get more speed only with bittorrent not other client as utorrent

I use Azure instead of bittorrent. Maybe you should try it.
