Problem after installing windows update service pack 3.?

I just rebooted my comp (starting fresh) and I let windows update do its thing downloading the security updates and service pack 3.

The problem is that I keep getting server not found randomly, when before it was perfect. Images and flash load either slow or don't at all.

Anyone have an idea how I can resolve this?
