im 16 and ive had my period for 4 years and its always been regular every 28 days. ive never had sex with a guy or done anything with a guy for that matter. This month my period came 2 days early with the first 4 days dark red blood but it was brown light spotting on day 5 and 6 (normally day 5 is dark red spotting) i noticed that about 3 weeks ago i had a tiny light pink spot in my underwear and when i noticed it i started looking up pregnancy symptoms- making me start to feel like i was going to throw up, sore boobs, back pain. when i got my period the symptoms went away but then i saw that it could be implantation bleeding so i started freaking out and now my boobs feel sore? could stressing about this have caused my period to be late and could i be making myself think my boobs are sore? or could i have somehow picked up sperm and not known i did and then touched myself down there? please help im really freaking out!!!!!!!!!!!
