The whole privatisation drive is absolutely barking mad.

It was obviously what the tories had in mind (focus on the profit that can be made by businesses, not the service that can be provided to patients) but the fact that they're getting away with it despite opposition from pretty much everyone is sickening.

That's pretty much what I expected to happen when the reforms were first brought up. It's every bit as depressing reading it up in black and white as I had figured.

Its almost as if health treatment for citizens motivated by profit is a bad idea. Who knew.
