No. 1 Star: Marian Hossa, Chicago Blackhawks

Hossa had a goal and an assist in the Blackhawks' come-from-behind 4-3 win over the Detroit Red Wings. He scored the game's first goal just over three minutes in, then picked up an assist on Bryan Bickell's go-ahead goal midway through the third:

No. 2 Star: Pavel Datsyuk, Detroit Red Wings

Datsyuk's first and only point didn't come until 19:08 of the second period, but while he wasn't the most productive player in this game, he was the best. He had a game-high six shots, and matched up head-to-head with the Jonathan Toews line, and the Niklas Hjalmarsson/Johnny Oduya pairing, Datsyuk destroyed them basically the whole night.

No. 3 Star: Michael Frolik, Chicago Blackhawks

His penalty shot goal was awesome. He gets third star for scoring a sexy goal, because no one told me I can't do that.

Honourable mention: Bryan Bickell was named the game's first star in the building, largely because the goal he scored was fairly important... Joakim Andersson scored a fluky goal and won 8 of 9 faceoffs.

Conn Smythe Watch: 1. David Krejci, Boston Bruins; 2. Evgeni Malkin, Pittsburgh Penguins; 3. Jonathan Quick, Los Angeles Kings; 4. Logan Couture, San Jose Sharks; 5. Sidney Crosby, Pittsburgh Penguins; 6. Patrice Bergeron, Boston Bruins; 7. Henrik Zetterberg, Detroit Red Wings; 8. Kris Letang, Pittsburgh Penguins; 9. Antti Niemi, San Jose Sharks. 10. Corey Crawford, Chicago Blackhawks;

Did You Know? Brendan Smith, who was on the ice for the Blackhawks' second and third goals, has been on the ice for 16 goals against in this postseason, the most of all active players.

Dishonourable mention: The Red Wings blew it, simple as that... the aforementioned Brendan Smith had a good first two periods, then made some debilitating errors in the third... Corey Crawford would have spent the summer having nightmares about this goal if it had stood up as the game-winner:
