ok so me and my friend build a pc and got done with it but i was wondering somethings.. does the power supply fans moves/spins when the pc turn on because my power supply fans are not spinning?
my friend told me they only move if the inside gets hot? is that true...?
is this normal?

so far my computer works great i only had a few problems sometimes but so far is going awesome and strong....
