so i know that i owe money to the NYS DMV but i want to know if i could look online to see how much i owe, with out having to purchase a driver's manifest, (which is basically a personal driving record) if i have to buy it i may as well just go to the dmv and pay them while i am there so i dont know, any help would be greatly appreciated
