New provider chosen for canine control plus after-hours bylaw

Council chose a new provider for canine bylaw services and for after-hours general bylaw help. The latter would be during the busier time of year from Apr. 1 to Nov. 30. The contracts are for a three-year term, but either side can end the agreement with notice. Southgate employees will continue to do general bylaw enforcement from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday. TENDERS RECEIVED The tender was set up so that applicants could tender for either canine or after-hours general bylaw or both. Th
