Necessary resource is unavailable on the activation Server- error help!!!?

First off did you uninstall the old version? IF not uninstall the old version.

Install the new version using the CD. Try to activate it then.

If that doesn't work see if you can get it to activate with a trial version from their website ( the same one you bought ) get it to activate with the trial key then put in the key from the one you have with the box.

If that doesn't work. Call India and pray that English isn't the "techs" fourth language or you don't get a "Peggy"

the kaspersky which i had installed in my PC had got expired , so i purchased a new box with a CD and the activation code, but whenever i enter the code " Necessary resource is unavailable on the activation Server" this error comes up with no solution. I've tried contacting the website but its giving solution which don't work!!!

M highly pissed with these A$$hole Chini people!!!!!!

Can any one please help on what to do? bloody 59 dollars going down the drain!! In their asses!!! Mother fuckers they are!!!
