My workout routine - good or bad?

Hey I'm 145 pound and I am having this new experiment to get way more definite and ripped then I am now. My routine is

every day I be doing a day triceps and the next day biceps and so on. with that I do 4 days a week of abs work out and ontop of all this workout I do one big muscle group, like shoulder or chest or back....and on the end of my workout I do 100 push ups and 100 pull-ups

my workout is 6 sets 6 reps. 6 times a week. My goal is to get really ripped. will this work? or this is not good?
 
better yet.
monday rest.
tuesday upper body complete.
wednesday rest.
thursday lower body complete.
friday rest (go party).
saturday upper body complete.
sunday cardio (running or biking)

repeat.
works out all cor muscles and gives the best time to heal
because everyone knows building muscle and staying fit means
damaging old muslce tissue to have it repair (building muslce)
because your body needs times to heal in order for more muslce mass to complete
working out like your idea insist of no actual breaks.. meaning no time to heal.
