My verizon voyager gets really bad service does yours?? EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE

VOYAGER PLEASE READ ON? My phone gets really bad service!!!
-I send txts they don't go through
-Receving txts sometimes take forever
-Sometimes it takes forever for other people to receive them too
I had a different phone that got really bad service too and i brought it in and they gave me a new one and now after about over 2 months it's acting up again...
What should i do??
Should I take it in again and try to get a new one?

My sister has the same phone and hers doesn't do this
Does yours??

maybe it's where you're located.
for example, a friend of mine has a few places in her house where you will always get really bad service.
