In my softball game today someone slid into me and must of pushed up my toenail! It really hurts and was bleeding, I leave for a 50 km hike in 3 days and don't know what to do! Is there a quick healing method or a way to keep it from hurting me while hiking, maybe wrapping it? HELP!
