my sony ericsson w205? file corrupted? how to fix it?

I hate my phone right now. huhu
So, I have problem with my phone.
It happen when my phone suddenly freeze up, it is like stuck. and I try to turn it off but it wont. so i took the battery out.
Then when I turn on the phone, and i want to put my theme back to normal instead of walkman theme, it say that the file is corrupted? theme cannot set

then, I went to the ringtone part, and i want to change my ringtone and message alert, but it won't let me change it. :/
and yes, the picture. it say that it cannot put as screen saver, or wallpaper because the file is corrupted and stuff like dat.
WTF?? what should I DO???

This has happened to me! I dont know how to fix it :/ my brother said it happened to his and he cant change it its completely messed up, Guess ill get another phonee x
