I have a 5 month olde English bulldog and he is perfect except when my mom watches him. I take care of him and feed him everyday so he knows I'm his care taker but I'm not home every minute of the day I have school and work a couple nights after school so my boyfriend and mom take care of him when i can't but when they do he pees and poops on the floor and refuses to go outside even if they take him out and keep him out there. Im guessing he's mad that I'm not home because when I am he never has accidents. How can we get him to stop
