I just bought my cellphone. So I decide to charge it. On the screen it said it was charging I unplugged it and turned it on it died from battery lost then it won't charge anymore!! help meee! It is a old touch screen samsung
It either has a bad battery or a bad charger. A phone doesn't just stop working. There is a sequence of events that leads up. Either it was wet, or dropped. If it shows no signs of damage that would affect the phone, then you should be fine with just getting a new battery or charger.
