My tag expired just yesterday (March 31st) and my mom renewed it for me the same day. Problem is I don't live with her and I haven't gotten a chance to get the yellow sticker you put on with the month and new year. IF I get pulled over and if I tell the officer that it IS renewed, I just haven't gotten the sticker yet, is it possible I can get fined/ticketed, or do you think he would give me a warning?
