My laptop is getting a 2000-1046 error. It says I need a new hard drive. I have contacted dell. They're sending me a new hard drive. I was hoping that I would still be able to save my pictures, videos, and docs. I really dont want to loss them they are precious to me. Is there any way to back up my files still?
