He is a 2 year old boxer, we also have his brother from the same litter. He goes insane when you get out the clippers, runs away when he sees them, if you try and hold him down he flops around and two grown men cant hold him. His brother just sits there allowing us to cut his nails. Neither of them have had any tramatic experience with the clippers. But now we have to pay so much for him to be put under for the vet to clip his nails. I would like to not cut them but we have kids in the house who he seems to scratch all the time with the long nails. Any advice??? I really dont know what to do or why he acts like this
