My cheap prepaid motorola phone fell on the toilet, what can I do?

I think the question explains the gist of my problem. So my cheap prepaid non-smart phone fell on the toilet and I got it out very quickly and it seemed to be fine at first but after a couple minutes the screen started to mix all the colors and now it's completely white (after I connected it because it went off completely) and it doesn't seem to react to the buttons either so what can I do? Is this phone gone forever or should I just wait for the water to evaporate? Is there something I can do (most online how-to guides are designed for smartphones, I can't even get the battery or sim card out of this cheap phone!)
Kate, there are no removable parts. I think I said that I can't take the battery or any other part for that matter.
