Reno Nevada, will i be charged? Ok so I live in Stockon California and I have At&t. My plan has 700 free anytime minutes and unlimited nighta and weekend minutes. I am on vacation in Reno Nevada which is about 2-3 hours away from Stockton. If I use my free minutes in Reno, will I be charged???
I traveled to Washington once and it charged me almost 1000 bucks for using my phone would this happen if I'm only 2 hours away from home?

Have you called AT&T from your cell phone (which should not cost you) and asked them about this?

no, your plan will work as it normally does, your plan rates would only change if you traveled or called internationally. You can travel anywhere in the US and your plan.rates will remain intact and unchanged.

Unless you have a very old plan, your phone should work anywhere in the US without roaming charges.

To be completely sure, call 611 and ask them.
