So i was in a car for about 3-4 hours without heat (don't ask lol) and it was REALLY cold to the point where i was gonna go insane. my arm started tingling like the feeling was starting to go away until we finally got to turn the car on. & now it hurts and feels really weak and sluggish. it feels like i constantly need to be stretching it & massaging it. Could the cold have caused it? its making my neck hurt too now. the feeling won't go away. also it has been hours after and i still feel VERY VERY cold and had non stop goosebumps for about an hour. idk whats happening.. has this happened to anyone? help
