the lexus brake lights are on and its making a hissing or alarm sound. had the brakes done, but only have front brakes. the back are rusty, but once in a while will work. one day the sound went off and i had full brake for 10 minutes. why is this happening, went to all kind of mechanics and they tell me all kinds of things. can someone please tell what going on.
