I've had my VW Polo for about two months now and everything seems to be going wrong. The engine management light was on when I first bought it but so we told the guy we'd take it if he got that fixed. So he said he had but its came back on again now and I've been told its the Lambda Sensor? The other day when I started it the oil light came on and started flashing and beeping so I automatically switched it off and left it. When I went back the next day it was fine but then it happened again a little bit later. Now it cuts out whenever I start it up, so I have to rev it to prevent it cutting out. There is also a clunking noise coming from the from passengers side which I am presuming is the springs needing changed and it needs a service.. How big a job would it be to get all this fixed and how much will it cost? I have a friend that is a mechanic so even if you could just tell me roughly how much it would be for parts?
