Lets say I buy this phone unlocked from bestbuy. I go to unbox it and put the battery in and turn it on. There is no sim card in it. Now will a screen pop up telling me that I can't access any part of this phone without a sim card or could I at least get to the home screen and use wifi, download apps from the android market etc?
