Basically, within the last couple of months my phone has been freezing and i was told that the only resolution was to factory hard reset it. So i have done that multiple times this month. Slightly annoying but i'm not that bothered. But yesterday, my phone froze like usual and i reset it, but now it won't turn back on even after 13 hours. I have left it, pulled the battery, charged it, tried to reset it again. i've tried everything. It gets stuck on the Motorola logo or it will go into the set up and when I tap 'start' it resets. Also i have tried taking it to the shop and the man said there was nothing he could do except send it off but that would take 3-4 weeks to come back so I would rather have that as a last resort!! help please?!
