This summer i am gonna do mma training 3 times a week even though the gym is an hour away, they teach you muay thai, boxing, wrestling, and bjj. I want to be really good at striking, so is boxing and muay thai good enough for that? and is bjj good for slamming people down fast? I am also gonna get a punching bag to practice, do yall know any good dvds or websites that i can use to practice muay thai and boxing? also i am 15
