I have a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer GT. I've recently purchased a set of Tein S-Tech lowering springs & KYB shocks/struts to mount them on.
I bought the springs from a private seller & he said that when I lower the car I'm going to need to change my front stabilizer/sway bar links because the OEM ones are not strong. According to him, even if I were to drop the car an inch, I would still have to change them. I just wanted to see if that's really necessary?
The car is just my daily driver, with stock sway bars & really doesn't get pushed around too much. Plus unlinke the seller of the springs, I'm not using my OEM shocks. I don't know if that will make any difference.
Thanks in advance.
