So me and some buddies wanna go on a cruise in the summer but most of us are under 21. I know royal caribbean and holland america allow under 21 year olds to go if they are with someone over 21. Unfortunately the only summer mexico cruises I can find are Carnival and they require someone over 25 for under 21 year olds. Does anyone know of a summer cruise somewhere between june 24 -august 24 that allows what I need?
