Mercedes C class - C230 Factory warranty and Maintenance?

I am thinking of buying a 2006 Mercedes c-230 with 12000 miles on it. It does have the factory warranty. Please let me know if the factory warranty covers the servicing, oil change of the vehicle etc? If not, how much is the maintenance cost (monthly or annually)? What do you think is the appropriate cost for a 2006 Mercedes C230 with 12000 miles on it?
