Aralon is pretty good - not free roaming as such, but close & good game !
As for being the dumbest fuck ever there's several free roaming games available on iPad like gangstar and gta so don't think it's a bad request. I guess some dumb fucks don't realise that your not after skyrim just something similarly themed.

theres aralon, order & chaos (which is a mmorpg) which has almost same game quality and graphics as WoW, Dungeon hunter, wild blood, warriors 2, lili. theres plenty moer but these are the ones i can think of off the top of my head.
