law about music playing in the uk?

im a huge music lover and love playing it as loud as i can but my neighbour constantly complains even though im playing it with in reasonable hours.but i was wonderin if ther laws are on it
i need to know wat the laws are so i can basically tell him to shut up or apologise for it

dear god do you know what your doing to them??? you want to listen to the music they don't you need to go apologies to them not vise versa.. the laws in the uk say's you cant destroy the peace of another life because you want to listen to music....the don't need to listen to it...this will come back on you and when it does ur gonna wonder what laws there are to stop them. you are a selfish brat as far as im concerned
