Kids who are introduced to guns and swords will pick them up and use them....

...Agree or disagree? It was a debate I had today, in my personal opinion I disagree with the statement through the simple fact I see it as if kids are introduced to them in a safe controlled manor then they will understand the correct and safe way to use them.
I don't know if this is just me since I grew up with a father who was passionate about weaponry and he taught us all safe handling of the weapons and how to treat them.

a kid would pick them up as long as they know what they are unless told otherwise not to pick them up. if they are not taught the consequences of their actions then they will pick them up and use them however they wish
