I am doing a school assembly on not judging others and treating others with respect - and would like to quote from major religions' holy books - to make the point that all religions think similarly in this respect. Does anyone know a good quote? Thanks

Ignore Republicans suck because s/he is obviously brainwashed.

With regards to respect towards others, Rabbi Hillel made this comment, "What is hateful to yourself, do not do to your fellow man. That is the whole Torah; the rest is just commentary.
This means treat others as you would have them treat you.

Also, with regards to judging others, I cannot remember who said it but there is a quote a Rabbi said not to judge others unless you walk (a mile) in their shoes.
Basically, don't judge others because you don't know why they do what they do.
