His one-year deal with the New Jersey Devils could be his last NHL contract – at least that’s what Jagr seems to believe.

A new post on his official Facebook page about his training regimen and diet included this line about the 2013-14 season:

“It looks like it will be my last season, so I can’t be too risky.”

He’s discussed this being his final season before during the summer, in the context of his preparation. But he’s gone from saying it “may” to it “will” be his final season in the NHL, for what that's worth.

Then again, it’s Jagr. Good luck trying to predict his career path. Philly to Dallas to Boston to New Jersey? That’s just nutty.
