Ive had these red bumps..mostly on my underarms for a few weeks. They're

always really itchy. what could it be? They are only on my left underarm and I now have a few on my forearm as well. I've tried changing my deodorant and using an anti itch cream but it keeps coming back. I'm calling the dermatologist soon but does anyone have any ideas?
