itunes wont work cuz there was limewire on it?

i havnt been able to use the itunes store after it loads for a while its layout is all messed up. limewire has been uninstalled on my laptop for a while now. i have always had this problem when my sister gave me her laptop so i uninstalled limewire. and then i uninstalled itunes and re installed it and the problem is still there. if u could help me that would be great thanks

Get a little free program called Unlocker. Install it, go to Program Files, open the program you wish to be rid of, right click on part of it, Unlock, gone.
I recommend only unlocking few pieces at a time, much quicker this way.
When you have unlocked all, you may have some that have to be rebooted to remove. Make a folder of this name, put all said pieces in it, after next reboot, you can delete them.
