A few months ago watched The Crow on Netflix and one of the related titles was this cool movie that I cannot remember. It was like The Crow, but it was in Mexico instead. Instead of the crow style face paintings, he had his face painted up like a dia de los meurtos skull. It wasn't any of the row sequels. Completely different movie. What was it?
